We do not hold third-party badges, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we do hold is control over our own production — incoming material, in-line weaving, pre-shipment inspection and loading. Every lot produces records and photographs, and we will send them on request. If your buying team asks for a document we do not have, you will get a straight answer.
Straw, raffia, cotton rope and corn husk are checked on arrival for moisture, strand size and colour consistency. Anything outside the agreed range is rejected before it reaches the weaving floor, because a bad batch of fibre cannot be fixed later in the process.
Weave density, rim tension and handle stitching are inspected while the lot is running, not only after it is finished. Problems get caught on the line, when they are still cheap to correct.
Before packing, we inspect the finished lot to the level you specify. You receive a written report and photographs of the actual goods, so the decision to ship is yours.
Goods are packed to your carton mark, loaded under supervision and photographed inside the container. Those loading photos are sent to you before the truck leaves for Qingdao.

Leather or PU handles, snaps, rivets and cotton lining. The composition of each component is confirmed on the sample you approve, not assumed.
Poly bag and export carton as standard; colour box, printed mailer or kraft tag on request. Carton marks and labels follow the file you send.
